This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
The provider of KiritoriAI (the "Service"; "we") handles information obtained through the Service as follows.
| Email address | To identify your account and let you log in. |
|---|---|
| Usage | The numbers listed in section 1. |
| Login environment | So that unusual logins can be noticed, we keep only an irreversibly converted value of the country, network identifier, and browser and OS type you connect from. We do not store your IP address itself. If someone logs in from an environment we haven't seen before, we email your registered address. |
| Payment information | Handled by Stripe. We never receive or keep your card number. |
We do not share collected information with third parties except as required by law. We use the following providers to run the Service:
Cloudflare, Inc., Stripe, Inc. and Resend, Inc. are based in the United States, and your email address and other information may be handled on servers outside Japan, including in the US. The US has no comprehensive federal privacy law; privacy is governed by state laws and sector-specific laws. We use these providers after reviewing the information on the US system published by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission and checking each provider's security measures. Only sound numbers are sent to the checking AI, never information that identifies you.
We keep account information until you delete your account, which you can do yourself at any time from the screen. When you delete it, your email address and login environment records are deleted immediately. Payment records are kept for a period required by law in a form that does not show whose they are. Remaining coins are voided when you delete your account and are not refunded.
Please contact patapixel2026@gmail.com. We will respond after confirming your identity. Our name and address will also be provided without delay upon request to the same contact.
We use a cookie to keep you logged in, and your browser's storage to remember your clip settings. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral analysis.
The video tool (ffmpeg.wasm) is loaded by your browser directly from the jsDelivr network (cdn.jsdelivr.net). This sends ordinary connection information such as your IP address and browser type to jsDelivr. Bot protection at login (Cloudflare Turnstile) also sends browser information to Cloudflare. Neither includes your video or audio.
We may change this policy as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
